q: How do I unzip (uncompress) the zip-files?
a: There are several freeware programs available that allow you to uncompress these files, for example: Filzip.

q: How do I install truetype fonts on my PC?
a: short: unzip and copy the font file (*.ttf) to your Windows\Fonts folder

q: How do I install bitmap fonts on my PC?
a: Just like a true type font, copy the font file (*.fon) to your Windows\Fonts folder.

q: Why can´t I use the windows bitmap fonts (*.fon) in my favorite application?
a: Because not every app supports bitmap fonts
    (for example Paintshop 5 does, Paintshop 6 (!) and Photoshop doesn´t).
    >> workaround for Paintshop6: (thanx to Anapan for the hint)
    In the help file it suggests starting a new picture in Animation Shop, 
    typing what you want using the bitmap font, then copying the text while it's  still selected, 
    and pasting it back into Paint Shop Pro.
